Terms and Conditions

Subscription Plans and Payment Terms

1. 6-Month Subscription

Benefit: Receive 1 month extra for free.

Payment Terms: Quarterly payment in advance is required for any cart value.

2. 3-Month Subscription with Extra Services

Benefit: Get a 1-day photo/video shoot or 10 additional social media designs.

Payment Terms: Full upfront payment is required for any cart value.

3. 6-Month Subscription (Cart Value: ₹10,000–₹19,700)

Benefits: Receive 1 extra month and get a 1-day photo/video shoot.

Payment Terms: 6-month payment in advance is mandatory.

4. 6-Month Subscription (Cart Value: Above ₹19,700)

Benefits: Receive 1 extra month, a 1-day photo/video shoot, a dedicated manager assigned to your account, and access to a dedicated ad account with a $50 top-up.

Payment Terms: Full 6-month payment in advance is required.

Additional Details

Cart Value: The cart value includes only content and strategic services; it excludes ad/boosting budgets.

Ad Budgets: Separate payments for ad budgets are required in advance, regardless of whether they are for on-demand services or a dedicated ad account.

Customized Plans: If monthly cart values differ within a plan, the total will be treated as a collective 6-month package. Extras will be provided accordingly.

Add-On Content: Content beyond the defined 6-month plan will be treated as an add-on and is not included in the Yestra Plan.

Service Validity: Services under the Yestra Plan are valid only during the subscription period. This offer is void after the subscription or contract ends.

Trial Period:

1-month trial package is available before joining the Yestra Campaign.

If the trial user opts for Yestra Services, the trial month will not be included in the subscription.

Terms of Termination

The First Party may terminate the agreement immediately if:

  • The Second Party breaches any terms of the agreement.
  • The Second Party fails to make payments on time.

The Second Party may terminate the agreement if dissatisfied with the services, following a discussion to resolve the issue.

Either party may terminate the agreement with a 1-month notice period.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed on a monthly basis:

  • If termination occurs with less than 10 days remaining in a month, the entire month will be charged, and the refund will cover remaining unused months.
  • No refund will be provided for the extra month included in the subscription.
  • If terminated before the agreed term: Refunds will deduct applicable budgets, including:
    • $50 for the ad account.
    • $8,000 for shoot or content budgets.

Ad Account Terms

Ad Account Ownership: The Second Party will not hold ownership of the ad account, but it will be dedicated solely to their needs.

Data associated with the ad account is accessible by the First Party, ensuring safety and use in the best interest of the Second Party.

Access and Management: The Second Party will have limited access to protect financial and administrative data but full access for campaign management.

Meta Restrictions: The First Party is not liable for restrictions imposed by Meta but will assist in resolving issues.

Compliance: The Second Party must ensure compliance with Meta’s guidelines if managing their own ads.

Illegal Activity: The First Party may terminate the agreement immediately if the Second Party engages in illegal activities or unauthorized use of the ad account.

Payment: Full payment in advance is required to ensure continuous ad operations.

Inactivity: Ad accounts inactive for more than 30 days will be removed from the Second Party’s business portfolio.
