Responsibilities

Generate innovative ideas for video content, keeping abreast of industry trends and audience preferences.
Generating captivating scripts and concepts that align with marketing goals.
Delegating video ads or reels to a video editor and ensuring optimal output quality
Engage with clients, gather specifications, and deliver top-tier video content meeting their needs
Occasionally visit clients to deeply grasp their requirements and capture video footage as needed
Maintaining and managing the monthly video schedule to ensure timely execution
Produce engaging and impactful videos or reels as necessary
Continuously research and implement best practices, tools, and technologies in video marketing to maximize impact
Ensure video content complies with brand guidelines and maintains consistency in messaging and tone.

Requirements

1. Experience:
Minimum of 1 year in video marketing or related field.
Demonstrated portfolio or examples of previous work showcasing successful video campaigns, editing, and creation.
2. Skills:
Video Editing: Intermediate in video editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro, Cap Cut or similar tools.
Content Creation: Ability to conceptualize, script, storyboard, and create engaging video content.
Understanding of Marketing Principles: Familiarity with marketing strategies, audience targeting, and campaign optimization.
Analytics: Basic knowledge of video analytics tools to measure performance and make data-driven decisions.
Social Media Savvy: Knowledge of various social media platforms and their video requirements for optimal engagement.
3. Communication and Adaptability:
Strong Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate ideas, strategies, and results.
Adaptability: Capacity to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving trends and technologies.
